In these Booking Terms, “guest", “you” and “your” means the person named on the booking confirmation and all other persons staying at the property during the rental period. “us” and "our" relate to Rivercatcher and it’s management team. All reservations are made subject to these Booking Terms.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the holiday value is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the date of arrival, any monies paid cannot be returned unless the cancellation is made by Rivercatcher. Should you need to cancel with less than twelve weeks to the date of the booking then you will be bound by this agreement to pay us in full for that booking.
