Flyfishers Cottage has a beautiful setting on the bend of the river. With its raised decked area outside, it truly makes the most of its position. This luxury cottage has three bedrooms one of which has an en suite with the other two sharing a spacious bathroom with separate shower and roll top bath. The living space leads on to the raised outside decked area so that the meandering river views can be seen from both inside and out. This riverside cottage has the best view of the salmon pool, and if you are lucky you will see the salmon jumping. Flyfishers Cottage has 1 fixed double and 1 fixed twin with an option to turn the master double bed into a twin.

Rivercatcher really set the bar for self catering cottages. The location is beautiful and the first impressions of the set up are excellent, clean, tidy and well presented. The cottage itself matched the high standards, high quality finishes, comfortable sofas, beds and nice touches around the place. The kitchen had everything we needed and the breakfast and bbq hampers from the butchers in Bala were delicious. The outside space is about as perfect as you could wish for. The River Dee meandering through the garden, accessible via a gate, with a fence to stop youngsters getting into trouble. A hot tub is always ready for use, and a decent size bbq looking out of the river and valley is brilliantly placed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Rivercatcher and will definitely be returning.

The Lodge is our versatile games room available to all guests at any time of the day or evening.

Great as a break-out space for children and adults alike it contains table tennis, table football, sofas and a TV. For smaller guests we have a great wooden train set and if you're interested in the area, lots of leaflets and information on things to do.
